Return and refund policy

I. Scope of Application

This return and refund policy applies to products purchased at our cosplay store, including accessories, props, wigs, standard-sized clothing, and some custom-sized clothing (see below for specific conditions).

II. Situations for Return and Refund
Defective or incorrect products:
If the product is defective, damaged during transportation, damaged or dirty upon arrival, or there is an error due to our reasons, we will provide you with the option of replacing the product or a full refund.
For defective/incorrect products, we will bear the return shipping cost and arrange for replacement or refund as soon as possible after receiving the returned product.
Wrong size:
When placing an order, please carefully select the size or provide us with accurate size information. We will strictly make clothing according to the received size information.
If the standard-sized clothing we make is the wrong size, we can exchange it for you or refund the order amount; for custom-sized clothing, if the wrong size is due to our measurement or production error, we will also be responsible for handling it and provide an exchange or appropriate compensation plan.
Wrong color:
If the color of the received product is completely different from the color you selected, please contact our customer service department for a refund or replacement.
However, please note that due to different displays, there may be a certain color difference. Dissatisfaction caused by this within a similarity range of 95%-99% between the product and the picture cannot be returned.
Not meeting expectations and meeting conditions:
If within 3 days after receiving the product (based on the receipt date), you find that the product has not been washed, worn, used, or altered, and there is no missing item (including original packaging, clothing label, and tracking number), and it is not a custom product, not a clearance product, and not a problem caused by the customer themselves, you can contact us to apply for return, refund or exchange.
III. Situations Where Return and Refund Are Not Allowed
Exceeding the specified return period (3 days after receiving general goods).
All custom products (unless the problem is caused by our mistake), including clothing with gender reversal considered as custom-made, adding foot pads to spandex suits, etc.
Worn, used, or altered items.
Clearance products.
Returning part of the clothing (unless the problem with part of the clothing is caused by us).
IV. Return and Refund Process
If you plan to return, please ensure that the product meets the return conditions.
Contact our customer service department and provide order number, SKU number or product name, and return reason and other information.
Our customer service team will reply to your request within 48 hours and provide our return address.
Please return the product according to our instructions and send us the return proof in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt. For non-quality problem returns and exchanges, the round-trip shipping cost is borne by the customer. For specific return costs, you can contact the local post office for calculation. We recommend using the cheapest registered mail or available airmail method.
Once we receive the returned product, we will send you an email and arrange for replacement or refund within one week.
V. Other Notes
Problems caused by incorrect/ incomplete addresses provided by customers:
If the order needs to be reshipped due to incorrect/incomplete address during transportation, our company will not bear the cost of changing the address/reshipping.
If the order is cancelled due to incorrect address during transportation, we will charge a 30% reprocessing fee of the product value and will not refund the original shipping cost of this order.
For custom-sized orders: We will not accept order cancellations two days after placing the order. The tailor will carefully compare the size you provided after receiving the order and start cutting the fabric and making.
For standard-sized clothing, props, wigs, and accessories, we accept full refunds and cancellations within 3 working days. After 3 working days, we will charge a 30% handling fee of the order amount. In addition, once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
